We restrict access to nonpublic personal information to those employees who need to know that information to provide our products and services. All of our staff review and acknowledge a statement of confidentiality annually. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard nonpublic personal information we may receive.
SunCorp understands that any nonpublic personal information and data delivered or otherwise transmitted to SunCorp by a credit union or other financial institution will be held confidential by SunCorp, and will be used only for the purposes intended by SunCorp's agreements with a credit union or other financial institution, including servicing and processing of transactions in the ordinary course of business. SunCorp will not disclose such nonpublic personal information or data to other third parties except in connection with SunCorp's performance of its duties and obligations set forth in its various Agreements.
